How are my data backed up?
All your data are backed up daily using services of Amazon S3 which serves to thousands of companies around the world. Backups are replicated to multiple backup servers on different Amazon datacenters around the world. Amazon provides a 99.999999999% durability of your data storage.
Are my data safe? Is Collabim reliable?
Your data will be accessed only for operational reasons. We will never submit your data to a third party. We have adopted a range of security measures to secure a high level of data security. Communication with the server is encrypted using HTTPS. The application is regularly monitored, tested and updated, and the service has an overall availability rate of more than 99%.
Collabim runs on reliable hosting of Amazon EC2 which serves well to thousands companies around the world. Thanks to Amazon we're able to restore Collabim from backup in a matter of minutes in case of any serious problems.
Amazon has also achieved ISO 27001 certification and has successfully completed multiple SAS70 Type II audits.
Can we install Collabim to our own server?
To secure maximum application availability and quality, Collabim is provided only on an SaaS (Software as a Service) basis. Installation to third-party servers is not possible and we are not planning such an option for the future.
Can I export my data if I decide not to use Collabim anymore?
Definetly. Use the Export button below the list of webites, activities or keywords.

How can I customize Collabim?
At the moment, it is possible only to upload your company logo, which will then be displayed in the sign in dialog and the Dashboard section. We are working on an API interface and other functions to enable a higher level of customization. These will be available in the future.
Is there a fee for cancelling my account? Are there any other fees that I should know about?
No. The only fee for Collabim is the monthly payment according to your price plan.
